These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Renilton Turismo website (reniltonturismo.com.br), operated by 30.399.655 ANA LETICIA CHAVES MARREIROS, CNPJ 30.399.655/0001-45. By accessing and using this website, you agree to the terms below.
1. About the services
Renilton Turismo offers guided tours in Lençóis Maranhenses departing from Santo Amaro do Maranhão. Services include 4x4 vehicle or boat transport, certified guide, beach umbrella, beach chairs and mineral water. Tours are subject to weather and environmental conditions that may require route changes without prior notice, always prioritizing participant safety.
2. Bookings and payment
Bookings are made via WhatsApp and confirmed upon payment of 50% of the total amount. The remaining balance (50%) must be paid after the tour is completed. We accept PIX (Brazilian instant transfer) and credit card in up to 12 installments with interest. Prices published on the website may be changed without prior notice; the price confirmed at booking time prevails.
3. Traveler obligations
The traveler agrees to: follow all instructions from the certified guide during the tour, wear appropriate clothing (light clothes, hat, sunscreen), not carry or consume alcoholic beverages inside the National Park, not use sound systems inside the park and respect the environmental preservation rules of Lençóis Maranhenses National Park.
4. Fees and additional charges
There is a tourism fee of R$ 10.00 per person, charged separately at the park entrance. Exempt: disabled persons, seniors 60+ and children up to 12 years old. On the Betânia Circuit, the boat crossing of the Alegre River has an additional cost of R$ 10.00. Lunch on full-day tours is not included.
5. Liability
Renilton Turismo is responsible for ensuring vehicles in good condition, certified and trained guides, and fulfillment of proposed itineraries (subject to weather conditions). We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during tours, injuries caused by disobeying the guide's instructions or adverse weather conditions that prevent the tour from taking place.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, logo, design and code) is the property of Renilton Turismo and EvolveWeb. Total or partial reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
7. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Santo Amaro do Maranhão — MA, Brazil.
